Our refund policy is fair!

Due to the digital and personalised nature of our service, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

All Sales Are Final: Once you purchase a copilot package or any other service through Hewto, the transaction is final. Please ensure you have reviewed your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been placed. Please double-check your requirements before finalizing your order.

Digital Services: Hewto.ai’s services are digital and customized based on your inputs. As such, no refunds will be issued once the service has been delivered or accessed.

Service-Based Products: Our service includes candidate search guidance and support, which is non-refundable once provided. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the service offerings before making a purchase.

Disputes: If you believe there has been an error in the billing or service delivery, please contact our support team within 1 day of the transaction. We will review your case and work to resolve any issues.

Exceptions: In rare and exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer refunds or adjustments depending on the circumstances. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
